However, please remember that South Of England Rally is an organisation staffed entirely by unpaid Chapter volunteers who are working in their spare time to bring you this event. Abuse and other forms of unreasonable behaviour will not be welcomed or tolerated.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice BY EMAIL. (This is for your own records and does not indicate that there is anything to pay). We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
An invoice will also be sent with your tickets or other merchandise for mail order. Again, this is for your records only and does not mean that there is any more to pay.

Delivery Schedule
If you are buying a rally ticket, your tickets will be sent to you by mail, SO PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE ADDRESS YOU GIVE IS CORRECT AND IS THE SAME ADDRESS TO WHICH YOUR CARD STATEMENTS ARE SENT.
PLEASE NOTE THAT MAIL ORDER FOR OTHER MERCHANDISE MAY BE LIMITED TO THE UK ONLY.

Tax Charges
Ticket and trader pitch charges are VAT-free. All merchandise prices are inclusive of any VAT.

Credit Card Security
The South Of England Rally web site is used only for the preparation and placement of your order. The payment process is implemented by HSBC Secure Payments to which you will be connected once you have entered all the information required to check out. No-one in the South Of England Rally organisation has access to your credit card or debit card details - not even for financial administration purposes. This information is secured entirely within HSBC.

Privacy Policy
South Of England Rally does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders

Returns Policy
Ticket refunds: tickets will be refunded at the face value of the ticket if
a) you are unable to attend the rally AND if we are able to re-sell your ticket.
b) you over-purchase in error AND if we are able to re-sell your ticket. If you over-purchase on-line, please notify us immediately so that the error can be rectified before we dispatch your tickets.
c) you forget your ticket(s) and have to pay again at the gate. Under no other circumstances will we refund your ticket once you have entered the rally site.
Where tickets have been dispatched, refunds will be made only when the intact ticket(s) is / are returned to us, subject to the above. We recommend recorded delivery if returning tickets by post.
Any refunds allowed after 15 June 2009 are subject to a handling charge (after this date, the rally will have made irredeemable financial commitments based on ticket sales).
A refund or replacement at the supplier's option will be made for merchandise supplied by mail-order that suffers from one or more manufacturing faults or otherwise does not comply with the order placed (e.g. incorrect size).
Merchandise ordered for collection at the rally will be replaced or refunded at the rally if it suffers from one or more manufacturing faults or does not comply with the order placed (e.g. incorrect size).
