Basic Terms & Conditions Of Entry To The South Of England Rally
1. No mini-motorcycles allowed on site.
2. No bicycles (i.e. pushbikes) allowed on site. This includes children's bikes.
3. CHILDREN: Shooting + 1,000 motorcycles = danger for children. In the interests
of safety, if you bring children, they must be supervised and controlled at all times
by their LEGAL GUARDIANS. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right
to ask you to leave the site. If in doubt, do not bring children.
4. PETS: Please consider carefully the advisability of bringing pets to the rally.
If you do, they must be kept under control at all times. If you fail to do so,
we reserve the right to ask you to leave the site. If in doubt, do not bring pets.
5. All motorcycles and other vehicles brought on site must be road-legal.
6. No cars, trucks or vans to be parked on camping areas at any time. We will ferry you and your camping gear from the car parks to your camping area.
7. No entry to the rally before the entry time stated on the front of the ticket.
8. Ticket refund policy: tickets will be refunded at the face value of the ticket if
a) you are unable to attend the rally AND if we are able to re-sell your ticket.
b) you over-purchase in error AND if we are able to re-sell your ticket. If you over-purchase on-line, please notify us immediately so that the error can be rectified before we dispatch your tickets.
c) you forget your ticket(s) and have to pay again at the gate. Under no other circumstances will we refund your ticket once you have entered the rally site.
Where tickets have been dispatched, refunds will be made only when the intact ticket(s) is / are returned to us, subject to the above. We recommend recorded delivery if returning tickets by post.
Any refunds allowed after 15 June 2009 are subject to a handling charge (after this date, the rally will have made irredeemable financial commitments based on ticket sales).
9. Entry to the rally by valid ticket only and implies acceptance of the above.
