ALL TICKET SALES EXCEPT THOSE BY THE ORGANISING CHAPTERS WILL BE FULFILLED BY THE H.O.G.® CUSTOMER CARE CENTER.

AS ALWAYS, YOU MUST BE A H.O.G. MEMBER ACTUALLY TO BUY TICKETS, BUT YOU MAY BRING GUESTS WHO ARE NOT H.O.G. MEMBERS, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR H.O.G.® MEMBERSHIP HAS EXPIRED YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BUY TICKETS. A GREAT REASON TO RENEW!

IN ALL CASES WE ARE GOING TO REQUIRE THE NAMES OF YOUR GUESTS FOR REGISTRATION PURPOSES, SO HAVE THEM READY.

IF YOU PRE-REGISTER
Tickets are £30.00 per person for the weekend. All pre-registered ticket holders are guaranteed a Rally Pack including Pin & Patch. This is a very popular rally so we urge you to buy your tickets in plenty of time. To pre-register, buy your tickets using one of the methods below.
 
IF YOU DO NOT PRE-REGISTER
You may not be admitted. We cannot guarantee that any tickets will be available on the gate nor can we guarantee availability of rally packs. If gate tickets are to be available, prices will be announced nearer the date of the event.

All pre-registered tickets include 2 nights free camping.

Juveniles under 16 are admitted free if accompanied by an adult ticket holder, but are not entitled to a Rally Pin or Patch.

South Of England Rally 2010 opens 10.00 am Friday 6 August,
closes 1:00 pm Sunday 8 August.

There are no official rally events on the Sunday, but food/drink outlets and
some traders will be operating.

IMPORTANT: in order to book on-site accommodation (see 'On-site Accommodation' in the 'Booking' menu) you must quote a valid pre-registered ticket reference number whatever method you use to purchase your ticket. Accommodation will be released at the time of the rally ONLY to the bearer(s) of the ticket(s) having the number(s) quoted at the time of booking the accommodation.
REMEMBER: TO BUY TICKETS, YOU MUST BE A H.O.G.® MEMBER. ALL MEMBERSHIP NUMBERS WILL BE VERIFIED

Basic Terms & Conditions Of Entry To The South Of England Rally
1. No mini-motorcycles allowed on site.
2. No bicycles (i.e. pushbikes) allowed on site. This includes children's bikes.
3. CHILDREN: Shooting + 1,000 motorcycles =  danger for children. In the interests
 of safety, if you bring children, they must be supervised and controlled at all times
by their LEGAL GUARDIANS. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right
to ask you to leave the site.  If in doubt, do not bring children.
4. PETS: Please consider carefully the advisability of bringing pets to the rally.
If you do, they must be kept under control at all times. If you fail to do so,
we reserve the right to ask you to leave the site.  If in doubt, do not bring pets.
5. All motorcycles and other vehicles brought on site must be road-legal.
6. No cars, trucks or vans to be parked on camping areas at any time. We will ferry you and your camping gear from the car parks to your  camping area.
7. No entry to the rally before the entry time stated on the front of the ticket.
8. Ticket refund policy: Any refunds allowed after 15 June 2010 are subject to a handling charge (after this date, the rally will have made irreversable financial commitments based on ticket sales). Tickets will be refunded at the face value of the ticket if

  • you are unable to attend the rally AND if we are able to re-sell your ticket.
  • you over-purchase in error AND if we are able to re-sell your ticket. If you over-purchase on-line, by fax, by phone, by email or by post via H.O.G. Customer Care Center, please notify H.O.G. Customer Care Center immediately so that the error can be rectified before they dispatch your tickets. If you over-purchase buying tickets from one of the organising chapters or a dealership, return with the intact ticket(s) to the point of purchase for a refund.
  • you forget your ticket(s), can prove that you purchased them, but have to pay again at the gate. Under no other circumstances will we refund your ticket once you have entered the rally site.

Where tickets are already in your possession, refunds will be made only when the intact ticket(s) is / are returned, subject to the above. We recommend recorded delivery if returning tickets by post.

9. Entry to the rally is by valid ticket only and implies acceptance of the  above.
